Delivery

Delivery:

Watchcentre.com.au operates using a dropship business model. We do not keep stock in house. This allows us to keep pricing down, whilst also allowing us to offer a very large range to cater for all tastes and budgets.

Watchcentre.con.au sources all watches from reputable national and international wholesalers and manufacturers. In most cases we will arrange for delivery direct from our wholesaler or manufacturer to our customers door. On some occasions we will request the watch be delivered to our office in Perth, before forwarding onto our customer (We will only do this to ensure quality control for our customers).

For watches sold by watchcentre.com.au, please allow 10-15 working days (After cleared payment) for delivery. We will provide you with a tracking number when the watch is on route to you (not when the watch is in transit to our office, should we require delivery to our office before forwarding to you). We will never agree to express post or express courier deliver watches, so please do not request this.

Requests for refund within the 15 working days of cleared payment will not be granted. Please do not request this.

Cleared payment” Payment will only be deemed cleared when the funds have arrived in our nominated bank account either via direct transfer or withdrawal from Paypal. Payment clearing to our Paypal account is not deemed as cleared payment. To avoid fraud and eliminate Paypal payment issues, we require full payment to be cleared to our bank account before we will ship your order.

Ebay & Amazon orders:

Watchcentre.com.au makes no representation of delivery time-frames for orders placed via Amazon or Ebay. Please do not contact us if your Amazon or Ebay order is experiencing delivery issues as we will not respond. Instead contact the Amazon or Ebay seller direct.
